Grant Guidelines
Grant distributions will be made once a year before the end of each fiscal year, ending June 30th.
- Grant requests are due by April 30th of each year.
- The foundation may make inquiries and will formally respond prior to June 15th of each year.
- Grants will not be provided for capital projects or endowments.
- Supporting organizations will not qualify.
- Typical grants are made in the $5,000 to $35,000 range.
Grant Format
- Name of the organization requesting the grant.
- Description of grant and statement of purpose.
- How does the request meet the Mission of the Wockner Foundation?
- How will it specifically be measured in the defined geographic territory?
- Provide a budget for how the funds are to be expended.
- Provide a list of last year’s grants from other foundations, trusts, and corporations.
Attach the following documents to the application form & provide one mailed copy of the following information:
- Name of the organization requesting the grant.
- Description of grant and statement of purpose.
- How does the request meet the Mission of the Wockner Foundation?
- How will it specifically be measured in the defined geographic territory?
- Provide a budget for how the funds are to be expended.
- Provide a list of last year’s grants from other foundations, trusts, and corporations.
- Provide documentation of qualified 501(c)(3) status and also for a qualified.
- Grantee from a private foundation if not provided in last 2 years
